How to earn credit
If your answer solves the question and is marked as the best answer you are eligible for 50c credit on your phone. Customer Care will approve or decline the question / answer (to ensure there is no funny business) and on the 15th of the month 50c will be applied to your account for each answer marked as ‘The Best’. If the 15th falls on a weekend, credits will be processed on the Friday before. The cut off for credits to be processed in the same month is the 13th. For example, the answer needs to be marked as the best by midnight on the 13th to receive on the 15th. The credit amount is subject to change at any time.
As you answer more questions, you'll notice that your status in the community will change. Starting with a "Newbie", you'll then become a "Specialist" and then, after answering more questions you become a "Legend".
