Answering questions

Questions that have not yet been answered correctly have a grey question mark next to them, like this:

This means that you can add your answer and have the chance to earn 50c phone credit.

Click on the link to see the full question and if you know the answer, complete the form under the question.

The first time you answer a question (or ask a question) you will be asked to give your mobile number and your email address so that 2degrees can issue you credit if your answer is marked as correct. We only ask for this information once and it won't be displayed to the community.

Once you have written out your answer and submitted it, you need to wait for the person that asked the question to mark the answer as correct. There can only be one correct answer per question, but more than one person can answer the question, so make sure your answer is written clearly and is correct.

If your answer is marked as correct, you’ll see that the number of questions you’ve answered correctly has increased in your activity panel (at the top left of the page) next time you visit the 2degrees Community. If you have opted in to receive email notifications, you will receive an email about it.

Once the question has been marked as answered, the question status will change to a green tick, which looks like this:
